Here is a quick list of location recommendations for family pictures!
Again these are for mini sessions, ideally timed for golden hour lighting. There will be no props or outfit changes for these sessions.

Tonaquint Nature Center
Tonaquint Nature center is a great place in the fall if you’d like a woodsy/forest vibe. There is no guarantee on when the leaves change/fall, but typically they are bright late October – December. This location can be accessed by a wheelchair – but is dirt paths.
Kirkland Field
This location may or may not be available as it is undergoing some changes in ownership currently. It is a great spot for large trees and open grass. This location does occasionally have ants – so closed toe shoes are recommended! This location would be difficult for a wheelchair.
Big Red / Tuacahn
This location is great to get “Snow Canyon” vibes without having to pay the permit fee! Beautiful red rock with some sage brush!
This is not wheelchair friendly.
Kayenta
This is a more recent area I’ve explored – currently haven’t done a family session there to show photos, but have done a couple video sessions.
It shows off beautiful red rock, with some sand and slow canyon vibes. This is not wheelchair friendly.
